The 7 Fruits of Budgeting

There are several characteristics that a person must have in order to live a spiritually fulfilled life. According to Galatians 5:22-23, there are nine attributes. These are famously known as the Fruit of the Spirit. Regardless of your religious beliefs, I’m sure that you will agree that possessing Kindness, Goodness, Discipline, Patience, Love, Faithfulness, and Joy leads to a richer life.

These Fruits can lead to an enriched spiritual life, and I believe that you will also benefit from a richer financial life. And since the number Seven is the number of completion, I have chosen to teach you how these seven Fruits can help you create a successful spending and savings plan. In my new book, The 7 Fruits of Budgeting, I thoroughly explain how each Fruit can enrich your financial future.  Let me briefly explain the significance of each Fruit:

Kindness: You must be Kind to yourself and others. This will aid you to make appropriate financial decisions.

Goodness: The fruit of Goodness allows you to decide what’s good for creating an effective spending plan.

Discipline: Discipline requires that you exercise self-control in your spending habits.

Patience: Without Patience, you’ll make impulsive spending decisions such as making credit card purchases instead of waiting until you can afford to pay cash.

Love: You must Love and be true to yourself so that you can accept your financial situation.

Faithfulness: This term refers to being faithful and responsible. You must honor your commitments. A responsible person honors their obligation of on-time payments, values their credit score, and works toward a debt reduction plan.

Joy: If you follow all other Fruits, Joy will be your reward. You will receive Joy from eliminating your debts!
