Roslyn Lash, a HUD-certified counselor, provides consulting solutions to Public Housing Authorities (PHA), Homeownership Centers, and any organization that provides financial education, housing, homeownership assistance, or rents and sells affordable housing units. As a consultant, I bring my knowledge as a Real Estate Broker plus over 10 years of experience in the housing industry. I worked at a PHA where I was responsible for negotiations and facilitating the sales process for the agency’s houses. My revision of the homeownership policy resulted in more efficient procedures that saved time and money. In addition, I was employed by another HUD-funded government entity as a Homeownership Coordinator. In this capacity, I conducted Affordable Housing training programs and processed downpayment assistance applications. This knowledge and experience allow me to provide services with insight into your agency’s needs. The services offered include:
